Jewelry One Year Warranty Explanation

Jewelry Warranty Period: The warranty period of this scheme is one year from the date of purchase, i.e., 365 days.

Jewelry Warranty Coverage

  • Material and Manufacturing Defects: During the warranty period, if damages occur due to material or manufacturing defects, including but not limited to cracks, stones or pendants detachment, fading of plating, etc., we will provide free repair or replacement if reported within three months after placing the order. If reported between three months and one year after the order, we will charge 30% of the original order cost (30% fee = repair cost + logistics fee).
  • Accidental Damage: Damages of jewelry caused by accidental impacts, improper wearing, or misuse are not covered by the Jewelry Warranty. However, we are willing to provide repair services, and the fees will be charged based on the specific circumstances.

  • Contact Information: Customers who identify the need for warranty should promptly contact our customer service department, providing purchase proof and a description of the damage.
  • Evaluation and Confirmation: Our technical team will assess and confirm the damage to determine if it meets the Jewelry Warranty criteria.
  • Repair or Replacement: Items meeting the warranty criteria will be repaired or replaced free of charge. We will expedite the repair work and return the item to the customer promptly.
  • Non-warranty Items: For damages not covered by the warranty, we will offer repair services, and the customer will be responsible for paying the corresponding fees for the repair project.

  • Warranty Validity Period: The Jewelry Warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Please ensure to keep the purchase receipt safe.
  • Maintenance Recommendations: We suggest regular maintenance of jewelry to avoid contact with chemicals and hard objects, thus extending its lifespan.
  • Warranty Transfer: Warranty services are exclusively for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to others.
  • Repair Costs: Repair costs for non-warranty items will be charged based on actual circumstances, ensuring fairness and reasonableness.
